The 270° hydraulically adjustable chute is positioned in line with the fan and the straw flow to ensure a spreading distance of 2.70 m in height, 15 m on the right-hand side and 13 m on the left-hand side.
The chute cover is hydraulically adjustable to control the spreading distance from the cab.
This system allows for precise spreading in the barns and cubicles.

Option : Misting System

The addition of a misting system enhances user comfort whilst minimising dust formation; the adjustable nozzles are positioned at the outlet to prevent the chute from becoming clogged during bedding operations. Soluble additives can be added to the tank to sanitise the straw and ensure a clean straw bed for the animals. This system operates simultaneously with the moving floor to prevent unnecessary use when the machine is not spreading straw.

MULCHING KIT

The active uncoiler ensures smooth and consistent material feeding, providing a steady flow into the bedding system.

When the section bar is in the raised position, the straw is no longer cut by the sections. At this stage, the material remains intact. To reach the fan, the straw then passes through the opening between the calibrated plate and the sections. This configuration allows controlled material flow and ensures an even feed toward the blowing system.

Together, these mechanisms optimize defibration quality, ensure uniform bedding distribution, and reduce wear on the cutting components when the section bar is lifted.

THE MULCHING PROCESS

The active untangler first loosens and separates the material to ensure a smooth and continuous flow. With the cutting bar in the lower position, the straw is not only untangled but also finely chopped before moving toward the calibrated screen. The screen allows strands of approximately 5 cm to pass through. Any fibers longer than the mesh size are automatically redirected back into the untangler for further processing. This closed-loop system guarantees consistent strand length and high‑quality, uniform output.

ADJUSTABLE CHUTE

The 270° hydraulically adjustable chute is positioned in line with the fan and the straw flow to ensure a spreading distance of 2.68 metres in height, 15 metres on the right-hand side and 13 metres on the left-hand side. The chute cover is hydraulically adjustable to control the spreading distance from the cab. This system enables precise spreading of straw in the barns and cubicles.

CONVEYOR BELT

The system is equipped with a hydraulic feed conveyor offering both forward and reverse operation for flexible material handling. It features a marine‑grade chain No. 10 fitted with bolted bars, ensuring durability and reliable traction. Conveyor guidance is achieved through sprockets, providing improved centring and reducing the risk of misalignment during operation. Feed speed can be finely controlled thanks to an electric adjustment system, allowing continuous regulation. Operators can choose from 9 pre‑set feed speeds, ranging from 0 to 20 m/min, to adapt the material flow to any working conditions. The conveyor bars are made from a deep‑drawn, one‑piece tube, delivering superior strength and resistance to deformation.

MECHANICAL DRIVE

The PTO directly drives the turbine through a two‑speed gearbox, allowing operators to select between mulching speed and spreading speed depending on the application. A right‑angle drive shaft powers the conditioner(s), ensuring efficient transmission of torque to the processing components. For added protection, the system includes a safety shear bolt that safeguards both the gearbox and the driveline in the event of overload. The overall design relies on simple and robust mechanical components, ensuring reliability, easy maintenance, and long service life.

HOPPER AND LOADING

The loading platform features a rounded shape, ensuring perfect ball retention and secure positioning, reinforced by a safety hoop that stabilises the bale during handling. Its reinforced construction provides durability and resistance under heavy use. Lateral centring guides help position the bale accurately, enhancing loading efficiency. For safe entry and exit, the design includes a toothed step on the side as well as a side handle integrated into the body. Loading operations are further simplified by the platform’s wider body, which improves accessibility and manoeuvrability when positioning round or square bales.
